Objective: Make existing homes and rentals affordable

Encourage a land trust or individuals to purchase existing homes for sale or rent to residents at affordable prices

Objective: Integrate new affordable housing into the fabric of the community

 Support projects that will build homes on vacant lots in or near the town centers

Objective: Provide financial education and support for first time homeowners

Partner with existing organizations and lenders
